2. Pin Purchases and Payments

2.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are only available within the first seven (7) days of purchase. After this period, all sales are final. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

2.3 Pin Ownership

Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime ownership of your pin location. However, LifetimePin reserves the right to remove content that violates our terms.

3. Content Rules and Restrictions

Users are prohibited from posting:

Illegal content or products
Malware, phishing links, or harmful code
Adult content or NSFW material
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Hate speech or discriminatory content
Spam or deceptive content

4. Pin Modifications

Users can modify their pin content (website description and link) only once within the first seven (7) days after purchase. After this period, content becomes permanent and cannot be changed.

5. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time
We may remove pins that violate our terms without refund
We do not guarantee specific traffic or business results
Technical issues may temporarily affect pin visibility

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for:

Violation of these terms
Fraudulent activities
Abusive behavior towards staff or users
Multiple content violations

7. Limitation of Liability

LifetimePin is not liable for:

Business losses or damages
Loss of data or revenue
Third-party website content
Service interruptions or technical issues
